Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.savvytech-hive.com or engaging SavvyTech Hive ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

SavvyTech Hive provides the following professional services:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, configuration, and optimization.
  • Custom automation and API integration development.
  • High-converting landing page and funnel design within GHL.
  • CRM migration from platforms such as HubSpot, ClickFunnels, and others.
  • Ongoing system maintenance, optimization, and consulting.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be agreed upon during the discovery call and confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Booking & Engagement

All engagements begin with a discovery call booked through our website. By booking a call, you are requesting a consultation — it does not constitute a binding agreement for services. A formal engagement begins only after both parties agree on scope, pricing, and deliverables in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Hourly engagements are billed at the agreed-upon rate. Hours are tracked and reported transparently.
  • Monthly plans (Pro & Agency) are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Services are delivered continuously throughout the billing period.
  • Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be confirmed before any work begins.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and credentials (e.g., GoHighLevel, domain registrar, email provider).
  • Supply required content, branding assets, and business information in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maintain active subscriptions to any third-party platforms required for your project (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make).

Delays caused by late responses or missing assets may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of SavvyTech Hive.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, branding assets, and business data you provide to us.
  • Our Work: Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project (automations, funnels, landing pages, configurations) is transferred to you.
  • Our Tools & Methods: SavvyTech Hive retains ownership of proprietary templates, frameworks, snapshots, and methodologies (e.g., The Hive Method™) used across multiple client engagements. These are licensed for your use within your project but are not transferred.
  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, login credentials, customer data, and technical configurations. This obligation survives the termination of services.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Hourly plans: You may stop at any time. You are billed only for hours already worked.
  • Monthly plans: You may cancel with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • Custom projects: Cancellation terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

9. Limitation of Liability

SavvyTech Hive provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, lead volume, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or data loss caused by these platforms. You are responsible for maintaining your own subscriptions and complying with their terms of service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work and provide a final invoice for outstanding services. Access to proprietary SavvyTech Hive templates and snapshots will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
